Our research interests
Mogalakwena Research Centre offers field research projects and facilities for students/interns from BSc to PhD level with an interest in animal behaviour, ecology, botany and anthropology. Our research interests lie with species adaptation to changing environments, species competition and animal vigilance. Mogalakwena reserves have a high biodiversity and your research questions can be answered by studying our birds, primates, herbivores, carnivores and/or vegetation of the sweet arid bushveld. The duration of your internship could be anything between 2 weeks to 2 years.
Together we will design a program that suits your academic requirements as well as your personal interests.
