We are a field-based research centre, aimed at facilitating the work of researchers, students and volunteers. It is the goal of the Research Centre to improve and expand upon knowledge, and the employment of that knowledge in the fields of African ecology, anthropology and social entrepreneurship. The overall objective is to increase research material and understanding of the diverse landscapes, biota, culture and communities in the Northern Limpopo Province, with the aim to maintain and further motivate the continued integrity of these natural, cultural and social resources. The Research Centre seeks to become a place that brings together greater understanding and sharing of knowledge and experience, that benefits the individual through to the wider scientific and social community and all interested parties.
